Fighting Diabetes in Appalachia
The Southeastern Ohio Regional Quality Improvement Hub is funded by the Ohio Department of Medicaid and administered by the Ohio Colleges of Medicine Government Resource Center in partnership with OUHCOM and the Diabetes Institute at Ohio University. The project aims to promote population health for Ohio's Medicaid population by leveraging cross-sectoral partnerships. We aim to support healthcare systems in improving performance, demonstrating value, and reducing health disparities.
Our Quality Improvement Partners
Quality improvement is a big job, but fortunately we're working with amazing partners. The SEO QI Hub brings together healthcare systems, providers, community organizations and more. Together we look at our systems, strategize for improvements, and track our insights to share with others and make a meaningful impact in our region.
